Every 30 seconds this much plastic is dumped into the oceans and so for World Environment Day, Better Packaging Co wanted the world to take notice of the problem. And there's no better way to get attention than to take a giant shit on Bondi Beach.

This 4.5 metre high poo was constructed using completely recycled and recyclable materials and all of the single use plastics were sourced locally - creating an environmentally friendly project footprint.

This provocative sculpture turned the heads of Bondi locals and started conversations about plastic pollution not just locally but globally.
