Young people are seeking connections more than ever. They want a crew and a place to belong, particularly as they begin to think about their careers.

We were asked to create a series of films that would appeal to a young, mostly-online audience that shows how true belonging can be found in the NZ Navy, Army or Air Force.

The films use ‘CODEWORDS’ as the catalyst - unexpected words that unlock the stories behind the friendships. Each of the 15 codewords juxtaposes the strength of the military with the extraordinary experiences people share and show how they become more than just workmates and create unbreakable bonds for life.
