‘More Than 10 Items Or Less’

This installation for the Adelaide Festival of Ideas set out to highlight the amount of food each Australian household wastes every year. The artwork consisted of a corner grocery store – typical of those found in Adelaide – however in this instance all the food inside was locked inside the building – left to slowly rot over the course of the event.
